Oordeel:Deze prachtig geknoopte calzone is zorgvuldig afgewerkt en het deeg is nergens aangebrand. De vulling bestaat uit onder meer artisjokken, kaas, salami en champigons en met een perfecte bolognesesaus wordt het ineens heel stil aan tafel. Cijfer: 10

Oordeel: Keep it short, keep it simple! Op deze rijkelijk gevulde calzone pizza valt weinig aan te merken, behalve dat ‘ie een minuutje te lang in de oven stond en de vulling naar onze smaak iets minder zout had gemogen.
